TASKS COMPLETED BY ITM UNIVERSITY, TGCC TEAM (EN 15 AND DC O3) 

We the members of ITM University, TGCC Team organised a  Conference on NUCLEAR POWER IN INDIA followed by the debate on the same topic(TASK EN 15). For this Prof. A.K. Shrivastava, professor in Physics Department, Jiwaji University, Gwalior came to deliver the speech. 

Firstly he told us about the nuclear energy, radioactivity and how it is generated. Then he delivered the speech on-

1. nuclear power plants in India

2.how the work is done

3.corporation responsible for its waste disposal

4.what are the rules made

5.advantages of nuclear energy over solar, hydro, thermal.etc

6. telling about the presence of radiation.

We organised the debate in a class room and the conference at the conference hall. Boys and girls both took part in this enthusiastically. 7 spoke in favour of nuclear power and 4 against it.

 The first prize goes to Adarsh  Shrivastava(CE-1st year); second prize goes to Surbhi Bharadwaj(CS-2nd year) and the third prize goes to Rahul Dubey(ME-2nd year).

The program went  very well. 

 On the same day we organised poster competition on green environment theme(DC 03). At least 30 students participated in this competition but only little students attended.

 The winner students are-

1st prize- Deeksha Gupta(EC-1st year)

2nd prize- Nishta Singh(EC-1st year)

3rd prize- Anil Ansoliya(ME-1st year)
